About TyreCompare

TyreCompare.co.za ("TyreCompare", "we") is an independent tyre price comparison service for South African consumers and businesses. We publish aggregated pricing, fitment flags, and editorial guides. We do not sell tyres, take payment, fit tyres, or ship products.

Using the site

You may browse comparisons, guides, and city hubs for personal or internal business use. You must not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our listings in a way that misrepresents TyreCompare as the retailer, bypasses rate limits, or interferes with site operation. Automated access for competitive monitoring without permission is not allowed.

Price disclaimer

All prices, stock indicators, fitment notes, and retailer offers on TyreCompare are provided for information and comparison only. They may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect because retailers change prices without notice.

• Verify before you buy. Always confirm the final price, tyre model, speed/load rating, fitment inclusion, delivery area, and warranty on the retailer's own website or at checkout.
• We are not a party to your purchase. Any contract for tyres or fitment is between you and the retailer. TyreCompare is not responsible for pricing errors, stock shortages, fitment quality, delivery delays, or disputes with retailers.
• Ranking is not endorsement. Order in comparison tables reflects price, availability flags, and data recency — not paid placement. See how TyreCompare works for methodology.

Third-party links

Outbound links leave TyreCompare and go to independent retailers and other third parties. We do not control their content, pricing, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of those sites is subject to their policies.

Content and accuracy

Guides and editorial copy are written for general information. They do not replace manufacturer specifications, vehicle owner manuals, or professional fitment advice. If you spot an error in a listing or article, use submit a price or contact us (see below).

Intellectual property

TyreCompare branding, layout, original editorial text, and data presentation are protected. Retailer names, logos, and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison. Do not copy or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, TyreCompare is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on comparison results, including purchase decisions made on the basis of prices shown here.

Personal information (POPIA)

South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) applies when we process personal information — for example if you contact us or submit a price correction. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights (access, correction, objection).
